Growing Spectrum was founded by Sameera in Beeston, Nottinghamshire. With a professional background in accountancy and business analytics, Sameera conducted extensive market research and due diligence before identifying a clear gap: specialist, culturally-sensitive support for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The local market is crowded with generic homecare, but lacks providers truly equipped for complex, specialist care.
